Founded in 2016, Dîner en Noir Worldwide (DEN) is a global social enterprise and member-benefit professional network advancing Black entrepreneurship, professional mobility, and community-driven economic growth. Strategically launched in 23 Host Cities (and counting) across the globe, we convene visionary leaders, entrepreneurs, creatives, and change-makers through elevated cultural experiences and strategic business platforms designed to convert connection into opportunity—and presence into power.​

Our mission is to build and sustain culture-driven ecosystems that connect, resource, and elevate Black leaders, entrepreneurs, and creatives—transforming relationships into economic opportunity, strengthening professional influence, and reinvesting collective power into communities worldwide.  We do this by creating access to influential networks, amplifying Black-owned and community-centered enterprises, and reinvesting in initiatives that strengthen long-term community well-being.
